How to lose 10 pounds in two days

You want to lose 10 pounds in two days that is difficult so you must do hard exercise and have special eating in this time. You only have 48 hours to do that. The first, you must run a lot of miles until you feel tired, you can walk. You remember during you do exercise, you should wear coat in order to have many sweat. The second, you must be careful about meal. You only eat a little cake, vegetable and orange juice. You can not eat so much but you should drink a lot of water because you lose so much water in this exercise. Next, you shouldn’t have more sleep. To sum up, if you do like that, you can lose weight in two days.
