There are several reasons to eat fruits and vegetables

We need not only have beef, pork but also have fruits and vegetables in our meal every day. There are several reasons to eat fruits and vegetables such as healthy benefit, many kind vitamins and maintain healthy blood pressure, etc. The first, fruits and vegetables have many healthy benefits. Some fruits and vegetables can protect against certain cancers like this mouth, stomach and colon rectum cancer. They can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Benefit of eating grapefruit, apple is losing weight so we can grow down the risk of cancer. The second reason, there are many vitamin in fruits and vegetables such as vitamin A, vitamin E. Vitamin A keeps eyes and skin healthy. Vitamin E helps protect vitamin A. some vegetables provide vitamin A such as carrot, tomato, peas, potato and some vegetables provide vitamin E such as pumpkin, peas, green bean. Another reason, fruits and vegetables may maintain healthy blood pressure because they provide many potassium that is stable blood pressure. Vegetable and fruit sources of potassium include white potatoes, white beans, and tomato products. In sum up, these are some important reasons in order to eat usually many fruits and vegetables in our meal.
